Warranty

Installation Warranty - ShutterLuxe guarantees the quality of installation workmanship and will correct any installation problems free of charge for 12 months from the date of initial installation.

Graber Product Warranty – No matter which type of Graber® window treatments you select, every product is backed by their limited-lifetime warranty and the resources of their experienced customer service team.   ShutterLuxe will provide you with the Warranty information specific for your window treatments.  To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will also assist you in filing a Warranty claim within 12 months of installation. To obtain warranty service for your Graber products after 12 months of installation, please contact Springs Window Fashions at (800) 221-6352.

Sundown Window Fashions Product Warranty – Each product purchased is backed by Sundown Productions, Inc. against all defects in material and workmanship.  Warranty varies by product.  ShutterLuxe will provide you with the Warranty information specific to your window treatments.  To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will also assist you in filing a Warranty claim within 12 months of installation.  To obtain warranty service for your Sundown Window Fashions products after 12 months of installation, please contact Sundown Productions, Inc. at (770) 218-8676.

Horizons Window Fashions Product Warranty – Horizons Window Fashions warrants that its Horizons products properly installed in a residential dwelling will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.  Some limitations apply due to normal wear and tear, color variations, abuse and misuse.  Contact ShutterLuxe for more details.

Skandia Window Fashions Product Warranty – Skandia Window Fashions warrants that your Skandia products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time as long as the original purchaser owns the product.  To learn more or to register your products, click here.
